MellaHealth is increasing access to expert mental health care in Connecticut and support emotional well-being. Our therapy services are offered both in-person and virtually to best fit client schedule and preferences. Our Connecticut-based team is comprised of fully-licensed, master’s level therapists with a wide range of specialty areas and backgrounds, ensuring excellent clinical matches to ensure meeting clients' specific needs. We address a full array of mental health challenges including anxiety, stress management, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Each provider on our team may complete a comprehensive training course, developed by our experts and focused on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is the leading evidence-based therapy method that helps clients learn to reframe negative thought patterns and make positive changes in their behaviors and mindset. Several of our therapists are also trained in complementary modalities. We believe that everyone can benefit from a collaboration with a trusted mental health specialist. To ensure affordability, we have partnered with most major medical insurance companies including UnitedHealthcare, ConnectiCare, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Tricare, Husky, and Medicare.
