I started my career in 2004 in Road Freight Transport. From 2010 to 2022, my companies obtained 59 million reais in revenue. I must confess that at first it wasn't like that. At first I struggled to manage my business with the few tools I had and knew at the time. I didn't know how much my company's revenue was, how much its profit or loss was, how many deliveries we made per month. We knew how to do business but we didn't know how to manage it. So, step by step I studied people, tools, KPI's, techniques, business and sales strategies and management so that I could improve my company. When my family moved to the United States, I decided to open a business consultancy company to help entrepreneurs and small business owners organize and manage their businesses. I believe in a personalized approach, tailoring my services to meet the unique needs of each client. I work closely with business owners to develop practical solutions that drive results. I have always liked helping people. Now I want to empower small businesses to reach their full potential. I believe that every small business has the potential for greatness. I truly believe.
