Established in 1990. Our workshop is located at Edgeworth (Newcastle) NSW Australia. We have two divisions; Hydraulic Services & Rail Attachment Manufacturing. Specialising in Earthmoving & Construction machinery, we offer both Field Service & Workshop facilities for hydraulic installations, scheduled servicing & breakdown repairs. We have five field service vehicles, two of which are mobile hose service vehicles. We manufacture Rail Maintenance attachments for Earthmoving & Construction Machinery. Major clients who have purchased our attachments include: ARTC, QR National, Railcorp, John Holland, Tutt Bryant Hire, Transfield Services, Select Plant Hire and Daracon Attachments include: Hi-rail – which have been fitted to Motor Vehicles, Trucks, Excavators, Backhoes, Telescopic Handlers & Skidsteers. Rail wheels can be hydraulically driven on Excavators to enable speeds of up to 28 kmph. Machines built to Railcorp and ARTC Rolling Stock Standards. Railcorp Compliance Testing and submission for Certification is available. Ballast Tamper – heavy duty, durable unit suitable for 4 to 10 tonne class excavators, backhoes or loaders. Twin heads have been used on excavators and loaders. 360° Rotating Sleeper Grab – Grab jaw design enables removal and insertion of concrete, steel and timber sleepers. Rotating head enables re-sleepering operations from on track. Suitable for 4 to 10t class excavators and backhoes. Standard Sleeper Grab – Grab jaw design enables removal and insertion of concrete, steel and timber sleepers. Operation from off track required or when machine has a Tiltrotar fitted use can be on track. Suitable for 4 to 10t class excavators and backhoes The tamper and grabs attach to the machines Quick Hitch. Product support includes five field service vehicles for on-site repairs, servicing and maintenance.
