MELTprjct was built on the importance of creating intent in everything we do in our daily lives. It was built off the idea that not all meditations are created equal, & understanding that sometimes people find strength and serenity through movement. We combine the benefits of strength training, boxing, and intention setting to produce a 60min session where the only thing that matters is the individual taking the class & the direction they want to take in life. Every class opens with a moment of intention setting where the participant writes down a personal purpose for either the next hour, day, week or even year. This practice provides purpose and meaning on and off the boxing bag, a practice that when taken into the workplace can really increase productivity. Intentions work like road maps, guiding us towards our intended goals, something I believe every entrepreneur can benefit from.
