Members 1st of NJ Federal Credit Union was founded in 1938 as the Cumberland Teachers Federal Credit Union, created to provide low-cost financial services and to represent the best financial interests of its members. Over the years, we have expanded to serve employees of Cumberland County School Districts, the City of Vineland, and over 100 select employer groups. In 2009, we merged with Salem County School Employees FCU, further expanding our membership and becoming Members 1st of NJ Federal Credit Union. Today, we proudly serve over 8,000 members with assets exceeding $60 million while remaining dedicated to providing personalized financial solutions and community-focused service.
