Memiah: Empowering wellbeing, one connection at a time. At Memiah, we’re driven by a simple but powerful mission: to support mental health and wellbeing by connecting people with the professional help they need. Founded in 2005 by sisters Emma and Aimi, Memiah began with Counselling Directory, a platform designed to make finding local mental health support easier. Since then, we’ve grown into a network of wellbeing-focused websites, including Hypnotherapy Directory, Life Coach Directory, Nutritionist Resource, and Therapy Directory - together supporting a thriving community of over 30,000 professionals. In 2017, we launched Happiful Magazine to challenge mental health stigma and promote wellbeing through inspiring stories, expert insights, and practical advice. Today, our Happiful family - a combination of our monthly print magazine and online directories - continues to make a meaningful impact, reaching people when they need it most.
