Menapharm is focused on assisting pharmaceutical companies in entering the Middle East and African markets. We offer a full range of business development services, providing our Customer's with the benefits of a dedicated Regional Office, without the unnecessary need for the investment in infrastructure. Our services include : - Market Analysis, Market Entry Strategy and Business Planning - Regulatory support : Compliance check of site and product documentation ; File preparation ; submission and follow up with MOH until approval - Distributor Management : Menapharm boasts an impressive network of financially sound and highly capable distributors thorough our territories. We assist in the selection of the right partner for each Customer, assisting with the negotiations until final agreement, and also monitor inventory levels and coordinate forecasting / purchasing. Pharmacovigilence support : Assisting with the reporting to and from the market. Menapharm has developed a number of SOP's to ensure that our customer's distributors respond in a consistent manner, irrespective of their location. Market & Promotion : Menapharm assists in the screening, recruitment, training and management of the Customer's sales and marketing team. We develop the Marketing Budget and, following the Customer approval, are fully responsible for its execution. Menapharm regards its Customers as Partners and we take on much of the initial risk that a company typically faces when entering new markets. We have a number of commercial models that we work with, but our preferred one is that of shared risk / shared success. Under certain conditions, Menapharm offers the above mentioned services at a limited charge prior to commercialization, with the bulk of our payment being tied to commercial success.
