Menopause Connect & Thrive is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to working in partnership to improve community and workplace wellbeing across North Wales and beyond through innovative and accessible menopause-focused training, support groups, events, arts in health and environmental therapy-based programmes. We create safe and supportive environments where individuals can connect, share, and learn about menopause. Our vision is to foster a society where menopause is openly discussed and well-supported, reducing stigma and improving quality of life for individuals, communities and workplaces alike. Our mission is to enhance community and workplace wellbeing and inclusivity by providing engaging menopause-focused training, workshops, support groups, events, arts in health and environmental therapy-based programmes. Our core values are compassion, collaboration, empowerment, inclusivity and innovation. We offer in-person and online services, including bespoke training for leadership, management and frontline staff, arts in health-based interventions, policy development, and café-style conversation sessions. Our goal is to empower individuals and organisations, promoting better understanding and management of menopause-related challenges while contributing to a healthier, more inclusive community and workplace cultures.
