About Menta
Menta has over 25 years of experience in development and regeneration, based on a unique ability to combine people, skill sets and expertise in order to drive projects forward. The company was formed to undertake the strategic workout of £400m of assets which, at the time, were frozen in receivership. By 2005 we had built up a portfolio of additional assets requiring development expertise and capital funding to transform them into valuable mixed-use developments and regeneration projects.
