Currently our services are available to adults throughout Essex County with mental health issues. Think Recovery! The Mental Health Association promotes the concept of “recovery”, achieving one’s dreams in life by providing encouragement, empowerment and the hope necessary to overcome the effects of mental illness. Through a selfdetermined, person-centered approach we assess, refer, and link individuals to programs and resources within the Mental Health Association and community at large. If you or someone you know is in need of our services, please contact us at 1-800-440-8074 (our HOPELINE number, which is available 24 hours per day). We can help decide which program(s) will be of greatest help. Our programs are free of charge and confidential.
