About Mental Health Education Inc

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜. helps children build strong emotional and social skills so they can do well in school and life. We believe teaching kids about mental health early on is one of the best ways to help them grow into happy, healthy adults. Our main program is a 𝟑𝟎-𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 led by trained instructors. It focuses on five important social and emotional skills based on the 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐋 framework. We use 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐀 assessments to track each child’s progress and give them support that fits their needs. We also offer a mobile app called 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬, where children can play fun activities that teach them how to manage their feelings, build confidence, and solve problems. We work closely with schools and parents to give students the tools they need to succeed in life. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 is to help children understand and manage their emotions, build healthy mental habits, do better in school, and avoid mental health problems in the future. We believe that everyone should have access to mental health education—no matter where they come from. With your support, we can reach more students and help create a brighter, healthier future.
