About Mental Health Together
Welcome to Mental Health Together, a clinic that provides psychotherapy services in Massachusetts. Due the COVID-19 pandemic, currently all our services are available through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Our ethos at MHT is to provide a therapeutic space for open and collaborative conversations about your mental health in a safe, supportive and stigma-free environment. In life we all encounter times where we are unexpectedly thrown off balance and I commend you for taking this brave step in seeking support and resolution for your concerns. Therapy can offer a supportive and confidential space where you can develop insight into your experiences, gain resources for regulating stress and other overwhelming feelings, and weave new patterns of relating to yourself and others in your life. I have been working as a therapist for fifteen years both in the United States and internationally. I provide therapy that is interpersonally oriented, affirming and culturally responsive. Together, we will work to set goals and build coping skills that will help you navigate the changes and challenges of life.
