About Mentor to Impact
Mentor to Impact works to ensure a faster and more fair green transition by exchanging know-how, skills, and labor between the nations of the world. The aim is to create a green accelerator program with the workforce at the center. The purpose of Mentor to Impact is to promote a green transition for the benefit of European and global societies by working to ensure that the workforce is educated and upskilled to be able to participate in the green transition. We want to ensure that children, young people, and people in the workforce have the abilities needed to fully participate in the green transition. Our ambition is to create solutions that can be scaled up and spread out. This requires strong collaborations across sectors and actors. In our projects, strong and interdisciplinary anchoring is a core element. We work holistically through partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, companies, and authorities. We facilitate and build bridges to collaborations, working communities and alliances across countries, organizations, companies, institutions, cities, authorities, people, age, religion, gender, and ethnicity. And always with the aim of accelerating the green transition.
