About Mentoring Men
All Australian men experience mental health and personal challenges that impact their day-to-day life but unfortunately, most are pushing through tough times alone. Mentoring Men is a free service connecting men with trained, local male mentors, helping them navigate life’s challenges before things go sideways. This support empowers men to show up as their best self for themselves, their families, friends, and communities. By building a nationwide mentorship movement, transforming how men show up, we’re creating a connected, healthy society for all. An unapologetic, proven male-to-male model: A tried and tested approach aligned with the National Men’s Health Strategy, which identified a need for male-centred approaches that reduce stigma and encourage men to seek help.
