ABOUT US The Mentoring Female2Female (F2F) is a global non-government organisations (NGO) foundation which supports female engineers kick-start their careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). F2F introduces women to an active job search, using modern processes and technologies. Our work directly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. SOCIAL PURPOSE We believe it’s important to support female engineers, particularly those starting out in their careers. Despite advances towards equality in the workplace, women in engineering remain under-represented. The demand for qualified engineers is increasing, but women starting out in their careers still find it difficult to acquire the necessary skills and experience to be successful in negotiating appropriate salaries and positions. Their careers and years of professional experiences ensures our mentors are a reliable ally and source of support for our mentees. They offer our mentees unique and insightful guidance and help mentees solve problems using alternative, non-obvious solutions.
