Founded in 1956 and today a German-American joint venture company, Mera Bellows has developed to one of the leading global manufacturers of thin-walled tubes, hydroformed metal bellows and expansion joints. During the recent years we have established ourselves as well as a serious producer of deep-drawn precision components with specially formed shapes and supplier of metal bellows assemblies. Our metal expansion joints are used worldwide for vibration isolation, to absorb movements or compensate thermal expansion. The in-house deep-drawing technologies enable Mera Bellows to supply seamless bellows designs in remarkably low wall-thickness, -open-ended or with a closed bottom according to customer specifications. They are widely implemented as sensors, actuators, couplings or hermetical sealing elements in industries such as automotive, space, HVAC, medical engineering, energy distribution and renewables. A wide range of available materials helps to find individual solutions, including vacuum applications. Mera Bellows is continuously improving in efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. In response to the increasing market and growing demand for our products, we decided in 2007 to relocate and modernize our production facilities to Wiazowna, a town located just 23km to the South-east of Warsaw. MB operations Sp. z o.o. superbly suits the environmental protection policies of the surrounding area. Due to our closed water circuits, eco-friendly technologies, and installed oil traps, we make certain that no pollutants are released into nature. The company is ISO14001 and ISO9001 certified.
