It’s used by Greeks to describe scenarios when a person has really put a part of themselves into something. - Derived from the Turkish “Merak” (Labor of love, to do something with pleasure), is applied to tasks, usually, creative or artistic but can be applied to any task. - To do something with passion, with absolute devotion, with undivided attention. - Meraki, μεράκι, literally means "essence of ourselves". - The translation represents a concept that can’t be translated in a single word but it means "something done with one's soul, with creativity, effort and a lot of love.” I do everything with Meraki!
