It had 100+ student employees, including a management team. All of which were either interns or volunteers, who passed a test and interview to work at the company. A resource transfer to Clio (2021-2022) was implemented to enable a further growth of services whilst allowing the management team to continue their studies unaffected by utilising a greater level of resources including monetary investment. Mercaerus (2023) has re-launched to provide free 1-1 coaching and mentoring services to help students achieve career and academic success. Services provide free in-depth advice and support to students aged 16-23. Services can include tailored support to secure roles such as Apprenticeships, Spring Internships, Summer Internships, Winter Internships, Off-Cycle Internships, and Graduate Positions. Students have been accepted into companies such as Bulge Bracket Banks, Middle Market Banks, Elite Boutique Firms, and Big 4 Firms.
