Bob's experience includes setting up several subsidiary operations from scratch, establishing well functioning processes, extremely successful teams and productive distributor networks. During his career he has formulated business plans and financials that have been deemed "best in class" by VC investors. Bob is also an Accredited Belbin Team Roles Facilitator, having used Belbin for team development and extensively for recruiting. Bob also has a very extensive network of contacts such that if he cannot help clients then he generally knows someone who can.
