JERRY CAIN Jerry Cain is a self-made entrepreneur who began his career in the merchant acquiring industry nearly 20 years ago. Jerry founded Merchant Bancard Network which was incorporated in 1991as MBN National Inc. Under his leadership, MBN placed over 35,000 merchants before selling in 1998. He also co-founded Nobel Electronic Transfer in 1995 and served on its board of directors. Nobel is still a viable and profitable company today. Jerry was also CEO and partner of Central Bancard until he sold his interest in the company in 2004. He then started Merchants Bancard LLC that same year. Since then, Merchants Bancard has placed over 22,000 merchants and continues to place large numbers of merchants each month.
