As silicone manufacturers, at MEREFSA we carry out multiple rubber processes: mixing (section for the preparation of raw materials), silicone extrusion (section for the manufacture of silicone profiles, cords and tubes), welding and compression moulding (section for the manufacture of all types of finished parts, sheets, inflatable joints, welded joints, etc.), die-cutting and cutting. As for PTFE manufacturing processes, at MEREFSA we carry out compression moulding (PTFE bars, dollas, tubes, films and plates), FEP and PFA heat-shrink wrapping, powder and liquid paint spraying (anti-adherent and anti-corrosion coating section) and machining of all types of highly specialised technical plastics. Also, MEREFSA markets PTFE-impregnated glass fabrics (from which we manufacture tapes, bands, meshes, zone-tapes, cut-to-size rolls for welding and die-cutting of baking sheets), encapsulated silicone or FKM joints in FEP and PFA, thin-walled tubes, corrugated tubes in PTFE, FEP and PFA and, finally, sheets and profiles in expanded PTFE.
