Hoteling have large harvest tables, desks or lounge options that provide an opportunity to find a spot and work collectively or independently. Within the coworking area are different types of tables and seating depending on the nature of work that is required. There is a tastefully designed communal kitchen and common area that allows for engagement and interaction among members and users within the space to create an open and inviting take on the “lunchroom.” Along with the open concept shared spaces are private workspaces and offices for larger and long-term members that can fit anywhere from a single occupancy office to teams as large as sixteen. This allows for a central location where workers can operate out of, attend meetings, etc. all at a flexible affordable price.
