Meridian Healthcare provides high quality care and services to older people in the UK. With care centres spread across the North of England, Meridian cares for over 1400 residents and many more day care clients. In our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, well over 95% of families are keen to point out that they would recommend us for respite and long term care. We provide nursing, residential and specialist dementia care as well as day care services. Our residents may fund themselves or be funded wholly or partly by their local authorty. Our staff are well trained and undergo a range of mandatory and complementary training programmes ranging from Manual Handling and First Aid through to development programmes for our Managers. We pride ourselves on our training approach which has led to well over 90% of our staff being trained or in the process of training for appropriate NVQ levels.
