In July 2018 we entered into partnership with Bromford, creating one of the country’s largest housing associations with nearly 40,000 properties which are home to 100,000 people and a turnover of £200m As part of Bromford our social purpose is to inspire people to be their best so they can get the most out life. We believe that if we offer the right home and the right relationship every one of our customers can achieve more. For more than 50 years we’ve provided our customers with new and affordable homes and we want to make the dream of having your own place a reality for as many people as possible. It’s really important to us that each of our customers has the right home. A home that meets their needs, one which they can afford and a home that can be a springboard to achieving their aspirations. Bromford believes in establishing the right kind of relationship with each customer so they can get the best from their homes and our services. We also recognise and encourage the important part that family, friends and the community can play in our customers’ wellbeing and happiness. We’re working hard to increase the supply of new homes too. Homes that are the right size and in the right locations to meet the needs of our customers and support their aspirations. As well as working alongside established developers we have our own construction team. This allows us to be more in control of the quality of the homes that we build and also helps us keep an eye on our costs, so we've got that little bit extra to reinvest in building new affordable homes.
