Mary is a member of I.C.E.S., the International Cake Exploration Societe' and is devoted to furthering the art of sugarcraft and the continued advancement of technique, tools and equipment for cake artists everywhere. Mary has designed numerous cakes for celebrities including President Bill Clinton and wife Senator Hillary Clinton, Buddy Hackett, Lennox Lewis, Phil Collins, Freddie Jackson and the cast of Jerseylicious. She receives requests from clients around the world and collaborates and works on cakes with other experienced decorators. In April 2006 Mary was honored to serve as a judge for a special cake competition sponsored by the Food Network TV. Mary has received recognition for her work by the International Cake Exploration Societe', the American Cancer Society, Perfect Bride Magazine, Pocono Bride Magazine, Lehigh Valley Weddings Magazine, Philadelphia Brides Magazine, Lehigh Valley Lifestyles Magazine, Modern Bride Magazine, Exquisite Bride Magazine, The Wedding Planner Magazine, "Getting Married with Connie" T.V. Show, Pocono Living Today TV Show, Pocono Weddings.com and the "Coffee Break with Kim Bell" show. She is also the proud winner of the" Pocono's Best Wedding Cakes Competition". Mary remains sole designer for many prestigious restaurants and resorts and also creates cakes for some of Pennsylvania's and the nations top political representatives. Mary's work is now featured on many of the most exclusive wedding websites.
