Ranked #1 of over 3,500 restaurants in San Francisco and received the 2021 Travelers' Choice Award from Tripadvisor. Executive chef and restauranteur Parke Ulrich along with co-founding partner MeeSun Boice built a new and unique dining destination located in the heart of Treasure Island, San Francisco. In a community deeply rooted in Naval history, honest values and integrity, Parke and MeeSun developed a local gathering place on the Great Lawn of Treasure Island. A unique container-style restaurant and bar, Mersea has become the heart and soul of Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island, boasting the most spectacular panoramic view of the San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge. While providing fresh, seasonal, comfort-casual food, they have also committed to serving the undeserved community on Treasure Island. Mersea, which means “Island Oasis” in Old English, compliments the new developments on both Yerba Buena and Treasure Island. We believe this project will help foster the ongoing economic, social and cultural renaissance on Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.
