Mersey View Learning Trust Mersey View Learning Trust is currently being established with Chesterfield High School Academy as the lead school and including several Sefton Primary Schools • The aim is to provide an inclusive education pathway for pupils 0-19 • The trust will comprise nursery, infant, junior, primary, secondary, special AP schools • The Trust has developed a 3-5 year growth plan which allows us to engage with other providers across the 0-19 age range • The trust is led by experienced and successful leaders in Education, who provide Sefton parents and carers the opportunity to access a non-denominational educational offer, which is in high demand – particularly for SEND and LAC. • Trust partners have worked for extensive time on building strong collaboration of curriculum development and innovation leadership at all levels. • We aim to deliver a broad and balanced inclusive curriculum and raise outcomes for pupils whilst supporting schools to achieve “Good and Outstanding” within new Ofsted framework. • All partner schools have a long history of working with specialist educational partners and outside statutory and private agencies to improve opportunities, the well-being and outcomes for pupils and young people. • The Trust vision is to use the shared financial and strategic stability and sustainability to widen the offer to beyond term time and build the existing provision of learning/well-being holidays schools, Mental Health Support Teams, Targeted Therapeutic interventions for families and children through existing well-being centres and services
