Collected by nomadic beekeepers whose techniques have not changed for last centuries. Kyrgyz honey is famous throughout the Middle East for its distinctive flavor and purity. No chemicals or drugs are allowed in the production process and no machinery is used - just some simple tools. GOODNESS We only supply raw honey, which has not been heat treated or pasteurized. These practices have long been used in industrial honey production to maintain shelf-life and consistency, but it also destroys some or all of the health giving nutrients within the honey itself. None of our farmers or beekeepers feed sugar solution or supplements to their bees either. We are totally dedicated to finding the purest most natural honey there is.
