Messick & Associates has been providing civil site design services for over 30 years to both public and private clients throughout the state of Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Throughout the firm’s existence, Messick has worked on a wide variety of projects from single family lot development to large residential and multi-family subdivisions, as well as commercial, industrial and capital projects that include all facets of land development. Our services include design water and waste water systems, roads, parking lots, buildings, shoreline, and recreational facilities. Messick strives to provide high-quality professional services to assist our clients in securing a cost-effective, functional project within required schedules and constraints. We believe that our firm’s abilities and our common-sense approach to each project we handle is ideally suited to the success of each project’s individual needs.
