Meta Section is a consulting firm specializing in payment systems and technologies. The company was founded by Jim Czekner and Sean Hoger in January 2011 and is headquartered in Bensalem, PA. Our services: • Engineering • Due Diligence • CTO Services At Meta Section, we understand that every technology project is unique and presents its own challenges. Our clients benefit from our judgement, technical competence, leadership, network, and integrity. Engineering Meta Section builds highly specialized solutions for clients which require a deep understanding of Payments or FinTech. Solutions may include custom software development, infrastructure implementation, or creation of an information security program. Due Diligence Services Meta Section is engaged by Private Equity firms, Management Consulting firms, or Payments companies for various Due Diligence related services. Depending on the nature of the engagement we may provide advisory services or perform services as a member of the due diligence team. In some cases, we leverage our own methodology for data collection and assessment. CTO Services The CTO is a critical role in any organization participating in the Payments or FinTech space. Some clients only need the services of a CTO part-time or need specialized technology leadership or mentoring. While providing CTO services, we generally take on the responsibility to establish or refine the company’s technical vision and provide technical leadership in accordance with the client’s strategic direction and growth objectives. The founders have each spent the past 20+ years in the payment systems industry serving the needs of merchants. Needs ranging from retail point-of-sale to complex loyalty systems.
