About Metal Technics NV
The Metal Technics Group is an international group of metalworking companies active in precision sheet metal and precision machining with subsidiaries in Kuurne (BE), Dottignies (BE) and Brasov (RO). METAL TECHNICS is a well-known subcontractor in precision sheet metal work. MT products range from small parts to complete assemblies, made to custom's specifications. From small to medium-sized batches, including on-time delivery. We develop new products and projects and put new technologies at work. To meet these goals, we have set up an organisation with production units: METAL TECHNICS in Kortrijk (BE) and MT DOTT in Mouscron (BE), with up-to-date machinery and equipment, and an engineering facility where we work with high-tech CAD and CAM tools. METAL TECH Precision Parts in Brasov (RO) operates as a supplier of precision light to medium sheet-metal fabrication as a second-tier service center for the metal technics group, and as a first-tier supplier. MT 3D (metal 3D printing), founded in 2015, strives to use every technology for its advantages and combine technologies to realise the part or sub-assemblies in the best cost-effective way. "It makes no sense to print the housing of a heatexchanger." Combining metal 3D printing for the internal complex geometry with sheet metal work for the housing is a very interesting combination to reduce cost and improve functionality for this type of applications. The concept of small Business Units is inspired by the belief that small self-running units are very efficient, flexible, make high specialisation possible, while enjoying the benefits to belong to a greater entity or group.
