Metalwerks, Inc. has 25 years of vacuum melting and processing of specialty metals. We operate five vacuum melting furnaces and bar processing equipment at our facilities in Aliquippa, PA. We serve customers in the medical, industrial, aerospace, and astrospace industries as well as research and development projects. Our facilities are accredited to AS9100D, ISO9001 and ISO13485. We offer saw cutting and waterjet services as well. Typically alloy systems include Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Ti, and Zr in quantities ranging from 300 grams up to 6000 pounds. Through our extensive network of outside processors we convert our ingot into bar, plate, coil and/or sheet. Our team is committed to meeting the needs of the customer and we strive to provide superior customer service.
