MetalworkWA was established in 2009 to supply truck bodies to the WA’s mining sector and steel work to the local builders in Perth. We are now not only one of the leading suppliers of heavy rigid truck bodies but also preferred suppliers of steel work for some of the country’s leading building companies. Our steel work spreads across many of Perth’s most iconic developments, from 140 William, Raine Square, Crown Perth expansion, Cloisters on Hay, Kings Square 3, the Old Treasury Building and QV1, to high profile shopping centre developments, hospitals and other important infrastructure projects. Our steel work can even be found in some of WA’s most remote communities as we have supplied numerous regional housing projects in the far North West of the State. Our Estimating team is supported by our own in-house design and drafting team. Covering mine service trucks, specialized high rail trucks and a wide range of architectural steel work under the one roof. Originally, working out of one large premises the company has now expanded opening a second fabrication facility to separate the traditional mild structural steel work and truck body building from the cleaner stainless steel and other speciality metal work projects. This move alone has increased our capacity by over 35% putting us in an even better position to quickly respond to our clients requirements. Our workshops are supported by a number of Site Managers, Supervisors and Installers. Trades include Riggers, Dogmen, Boiler Makers, Site Welders and TA’s.
