About Metamatics Partners

Metamatics focuses on training financial executives in metacognition. Metacognition comprises both the ability to be aware of one's cognitive processes (metacognitive knowledge) and to regulate them (metacognitive control). This training enables individuals to recognize and regulate the state of their nervous system in real-time. The training process is based on somatic approaches that go beyond the cognitive dimension.
