This path is a journey that takes many routes, along the way we: - Focus on strengths, expand on what you are good at, what you enjoy doing, what comes naturally to you, what energises you - Figuring out what your blind spots are: in what ways are you unknowingly tripping yourself up? - Quality controlling your meanings (the beliefs you ascribe to people, situations, thoughts, emotions, etc). Are your meanings empowering i.e do they serve you and draw you forward to get what you want? - What about limiting beliefs? You might not even realise you have them. What holds you back and stops you from reaching your goals? - What are your values? How aligned are your actions and behaviours? Are you drained because you are out of alignment with your values?
