MetaMind Corporate Coaching: I work extensively in the corporate space, along with many different levels of seniority. Coaching outcomes are varied and extensive and may include amongst other developmental areas: - Leadership development (individuals who are new to leadership roles, what is expected of you, and what do you expect of yourself?) - Conflict management (having challenging conversations, reframing conflict, and creating favourable outcomes) - Relationship management (how to work well with your teams, colleagues, and management, how to build favourable relationships and manage those that are not favourable) - Professional development (what holds you back from being the best you can be in your role and within your professional system?) - Growth plan (where do I want to be and what do I need to get there?) MetaMind Private Coaching: Otherwise known as “life coaching”. The foundation of this work is journeying with my client towards their desired outcomes by getting an understanding of where they are now; understanding the picture of where they want to be, and figuring out the path of how to get there. This path is a journey that takes many routes, along the way we: - Focus on strengths, expand on what you are good at, what you enjoy doing, what comes naturally to you, what energises you - Figuring out what your blind spots are: in what ways are you unknowingly tripping yourself up? - Quality controlling your meanings (the beliefs you ascribe to people, situations, thoughts, emotions, etc). Are your meanings empowering i.e do they serve you and draw you forward to get what you want? - What about limiting beliefs? You might not even realise you have them. What holds you back and stops you from reaching your goals? - What are your values? How aligned are your actions and behaviours? Are you drained because you are out of alignment with your values?
