About Metro Painting
Metro Painting is a Woman Owned Business and DBE Certified. We are exclusively a Coatings Specialist and we perform the full gamut of industrial, commercial, roadway, non-profit, traffic control and high-end residential projects. Our Vendor Contract with the City of Seattle includes an on-call relationship for traffic control and roadway striping. A majority of our customers include commercial building developers and owners (i.e. storage and mixed-use facilities) and municipal purchasing departments (i.e. road striping, markings and green bicycle lanes) The company is also an EPA certified company and has certified Asbestos and Lead Abatement Supervisors on staff. This is largely in response to a new Federal Law (as of April 2010) that requires contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
