Established in 1993 METRO STEEL FABRICATION WA (MSFWA) is a highly regarded private company recognised as a leader in the Australian steel fabrication and construction industries. MSFWA provides steel design, fabrication and construction services to the building, mining, oil and gas sectors nationwide. Our state of the art facilities combined with our multi-disciplinary and professional workforce, allow us to provide our clients with an integrated chain of services from scanning, full design and detailing, engineering, and procurement to fabrication, installation and commissioning. MSFWA is situated on sites calculating in over 32,000 square meters in Bibra Lake. The property’s features extensive yard space for steel and finished goods storage and five main custom designed factories, for fabrication and housing the steel sales and processing business. With effective consultation, planning and production factors, we strive to meet or exceed our client’s diverse needs and expectations and ensure the successful and timely completion of all contracts. MSFWA offers an optimised fabrication delivery service utilising our CNC machinery. Our workshops are equipped with automated beam lines with a capacity to handle up to, and including, 1200mm welded beams. All Plate, flat bar and angle iron manufacture is processed via our Ficep Tipo 8 angle line. These machines are complimented by a High Definition Plasma/Oxy cutting and precision drilling unit able to produce components of up to 100mm plate. We have a knowledgeable, safety aware and dedicated team of estimators, project managers and logistics personnel with vast experience in steel fabrication, drafting, surface treatment, and transport for any SMP project. With over 130 staff MSFWA’s highly qualified, experienced and motivated workforce is the key to our success.
