About Metrowest Health Foundation
The Metrowest Health Foundation is an independent health philanthropy whose mission is to improve the health status of the community, its individuals, and families through informed and innovative leadership. Since 1999, the Foundation has provided over $50 million in financial support to nonprofit and governmental organizations to address the unmet health needs of twenty-five MetroWest communities with particular concern to vulnerable populations.
