METSA Hayvancılık ve Ürünleri Tarım Gıda İnşaat Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi 2013 yılında Edirne’de büyük ve küçük baş hayvancılık faaliyetine başladı. 2014 yılında İzmir ‘de konserve gıda üretimi faaliyetine başladı. KONSERVE ÜRETİM FAALİYETİ 2014 yılı Mayıs ayında İzmir’in Kemalpaşa ilçesine bağlı Bağyurdu köyü yolu üzerinde 36.500m² arazi üzerine kurulu fabrikayı satın alarak konserve gıda üretim faaliyetine başladı. Toplam 6.500m² kapalı alanı içinde 2800m² işletme alanı, 2 adet 1.400m² depolama alanı, 5 adet soğuk hava deposu; ayrıca arazi içinde 60 tonluk tır kantarı ve 60 ton/saat’lik arıtma tesisi bulunmaktadır. Halihazırda toplam 100 personelin çalıştığı işletmemiz haftalık 1 konteyner yaprak sarma ve 1 konteyner hazır yemek üreterek ürünlerinin %90’ını Suudi Arabistan, Yunanistan ve Macaristan’a ihraç etmektedir. Üretim kalitesiyle çok kısa bir süre içinde başarı sağlayan METSA, yatırımlarına da hızla devam ederek konserve hazır gıda piyasasında büyük bir aktör olmayı hedeflemektedir.
