About Meus Therapy

Meus Therapy offer psychotherapy services for men (12+) and couples. Our approach is all about simplicity, flexibility, and effectiveness, helping you get back on track. I'm not your typical therapist who just nods along. I like to take a direct approach—be it to confront how we're thinking or how we're behaving. Whether we're tackling challenges or focusing on strengths, progress is our goal. I'm fully engaged in every session, actively participating in your treatment, and I believe in having a few laughs—it's essential even in tough times. No offence, but I hope not to see you again. My goal - my job - is to give you skills to keep going when life goes sideways. During our time together, we'll chat, find new ways to solve problems, and practice new skills until your confident to do it without me. That said, the door is always open for you. Together, we're working to help you understand yourself, feel empowered, and decide where you want to go in life. We'll keep working until you get there.
