About MFG Toffee & Bark
I once heard, "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life," and I've been fortunate to embody those words. Working as a producer for NBC's TODAY Show was exhilarating, and establishing my own production company allowed me to collaborate with esteemed organizations such as the Food Network, HGTV, National Geographic, Discovery, Customs and Border Protection, and, volunteer my services to executive produce the White House Lighting of the National Christmas Tree — all truly amazing experiences. However, my other passion and "side hustle," crafting chocolate indulgences, gradually took precedence. Inspired by a cherished family recipe for English Walnut Toffee, we founded MFG Toffee & Bark Company. Now, six years and a pandemic later, we have curated a globally inspired artisanal range of distinctive, small-batch toffees and barks that transport your palate to various corners of the world. We like to think of it as Toffee "Next Gen." Drawing from insights gleaned throughout my career and guided by a trusted cohort of industry and personal advisors, the time has come to elevate "Next Gen" to the next level. It promises to be an adventure, yet I continue to feel fortunate in never having worked a day thus far. It's a win-win!
