MG was established in the city of Fossano (CN) in 1959 with main specialization in the manufacturing of industrial automation. In 1981 MG began the construction of plate bending machines. Two years later the company concentrated efforts and investments towards a quality production in the field of hydraulic plate bending machines and angle rolls; the original 500 sqm of covered plant surface was extended to the present 6000 sqm on a total area of over 8000 sqm. With a new investment plan of 20,000 sqm. Of which 14,000 sqm factory for end 2014. Today MG is one of the global leaders in its field.
