Here at MGH Developments Limited, we pride ourselves on being friendly local property developers. We incorporated as a limited company in late 2020, based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Our strong links with a local motor-trade based business have given us access to plant machinery & transport which has helped maximise supply chain efficiency and lower operating costs for the business. An invaluable competitive advantage for a start-up entering the property development market. Our first development consists of five contemporary townhouses nestled between Hatfield and Dunscroft, on a former petrol station brownfield site. From the outset we were aware that this type of site would bring additional complexities in the planning & legal stage of the development, this trade-off was deemed worthwhile considering the amount of extra value potential which could be added to the site. Where possible we have kept all activities in-house for the project; from the negotiations for the initial acquisition of the land to liaising with planning authorities, building inspectors architects and designers, the on-site project management & the eventual marketing of the properties. Here at MGH Developments, we have the capabilities to handle the end-to-end process of property development. The design of our development’s accounts for the tastes of the local market, with an emphasis on stylish yet practical designs and finishes. We are focused on guaranteeing customer satisfaction and all of our new builds come as standard with a comprehensive 10-year structural defect warranty and insurance policy. As progress intensifies on our first development, we are exploring opportunities for our second development with a view of growing MGH Developments year-on-year.
