MH & Co Accountants and Advisors was established to further its principal’s passion for combining high quality tax, accounting and advisory services with personalised and prompt service. MH & Co provides a wide range of services to small and medium enterprises, start-up businesses and individuals. It applies the skills and knowledge gained by its principal in over 25 years' experience in public practice including over 20 years in KPMG's Enterprise Group (11 years as a Partner) to private sector businesses and individuals in a broad range of industry sectors. MH&Co’s role is to be the trusted advisor to private sector and small to mid-market organisations and individuals. In addition to providing high level compliance and taxation services the firm also provide business advisory services, both structured and ad-hoc to assist my clients. The services it provides include: - Annual taxation and accounting compliance services - Assisting clients address local and international taxation matters - Income tax, FBT, GST advisory services - Tax planning and structuring advice - Advisory services including business & strategic planning, asset protection, business structuring - Budgeting and cash flow assistance including finance applications Its principal has a very broad range of experience and whilst at KPMG he worked in several offices and countries including Birmingham in the United Kingdom and Port Moresby Office in PNG. Also in his partnership role at KPMG he led key aspects of the Enterprise Brisbane Practice including Staff/HR Partner, Quality/Risk Management Lead and Regional Client Development.
