However, the reality is that most people’s mental health will rise & fall. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people do not know that they can recognize & gain control over it We all have times when life gets on top of us. It can be work-related or personal circumstances. We can beat ourselves up about making mistakes, feel overwhelmed & like life is just too hard. We might feel tired, drained, lack motivation, isolate ourselves, avoid colleagues or feel distracted. We might be sleeping less or have changed our eating habits ✨ ABOUT ME Before I built MHC With Sarah, I lived & worked in the UK, Thailand & the USA for over a decade helping people of different ages, genders, cultures, social situations & with a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, bi-polar & psychosis.
