About MHL Strategic Land

We help people invest into strategic land, which would not ordinarily be open to them. We search for, research and purchase land in vehicles for investment opportunities. We will help add capital growth and diversification to an investment and property portfolio. Our investors are looking for alternative ways to diversify their wealth over the medium to long term. Either disgruntled with stocks and shares, or the complexity of being a landlord, or to add something to their investment portfolio that does not correlate with any of the regular investment strategies they currently have. We work with UK Investors, Overseas Investors, Business Owners, Professionals, Alternative Investment Sales Platforms, Landowners and Land Agents. We aim to help them achieve diversification in their portfolios. Investors come from every demographic with different time horizons, either looking to build capital for retirement, looking to boost their family wealth or as an investment for future generations. Investors can be held in a number of different structures including own, name, corporate and SSAS. We are small and nimble and we target higher returns to investors, our structure is transparent and easy to understand.
