Overview: Mi Lab, established in 2019, has evolved from a Xiaomi authorized service provider within the Official Xiaomi Shop in Riga to a comprehensive provider of electric micromobility services. Over the years, we have expanded our offerings, catering to both private customers and businesses. Our commitment to quality service and innovation has allowed us to establish a strong presence in the electric mobility market. Evolution and Services: 2019 - Xiaomi Authorized Service: Our journey began as the authorized service center for Xiaomi within the Official Xiaomi Shop in Riga. Diversification: Over time, we ventured into repair services and maintenance for electric scooters, collaborating with prominent brands such as Atom, Kong, Jungo, Scoot911, and Bolt for B2B services. 2021 - Expansion: In 2021, we expanded our business to include an internet shop and spare parts sales, offering convenience to our growing customer base. New Premises: Presently, we operate from a spacious 150-square-meter facility, equipped to provide comprehensive electric scooter repair services for both private customers and businesses, including warranty repairs. Evolution of Services: We embarked on our journey by offering Xiaomi authorized services, providing repair solutions within the Official Xiaomi Shop. Over time, we expanded our services to include repair and maintenance for electric scooters, collaborating with prominent B2B customers such as Atom, Kong, Jungo, Scoot911, and Bolt. As of 2021, we diversified our business by incorporating an online shop and spare parts sales into our portfolio.
