Miami Cordage/Florida Wire & Rigging Works is a Certified Woman Owned and family operated business established in 1960. We are a synthetic rope manufacturer with a proven product and a knowledgeable workforce. Our in house rigging and sewing departments allow us to fabricate wire rope, chain and synthetic webbing slings and assemblies. Based in Miami, FL, our state of the art manufacturing plant and distribution center's close proximity to the Port of Miami makes our company ideal for shipping products and containers throughout the Caribbean Basin, Central America and South America. We manufacture nylon and polyester double braid, 3-strand twist, 12-strand euro braid and Dyneema SK-75 fiber ropes. Our products are manufactured to the Cordage Institute standards and we proudly sell to the U.S. Government, U.S. Coast Guard and naval fleets throughout the world. We also hand craft dock lines, anchor lines, mooring lines, fender lines and tow bridles. Wire rope rigging and chain assemblies are also an area that we specialize in, our bi-lingual sales staff is always ready to assist you in building your custom assembly. Miami Cordage/Florida Wire & Rigging Works is a GSA Schedule Contract holder. Our manufacturing capabilities include, but are not limited to: * Nylon & Polyester Double Braid Rope up to 3-5⁄8” diameter * 3-strand twisted rope up to 1-1⁄4” diameter * 12-strand braid rope up to 2-1⁄2” diameter * Dyneema® SK-75 and Spectra® 12-strand rope up to 1-1⁄2” diameter * Custom splicing up to 3-5⁄8” diameter * Wire rope lifting bridles, slings & assemblies * Chain lifting bridles, slings & assemblies * Sewing of specialty nylon & polyester slings * Talurit 1000T Swager (2014) Aluminum T-ferrules & Carbon steel Flemish Eye Sleeves can be swaged up to size 2-1/2"
