The company was founded by Josephine Gräfin von Brühl in 2000 as a full-service event agency. With the goal of optimizing in-house processes, a web-based conference portal was developed for the first time in 2004. The positive response provided the decision to focus further on the development of a booking software solution. Since 2008 there have been customized solutions for this. Companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Lanxess Germany, Roche Diagnostics and many more are among its customers.
