Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. The company was founded in 1980 by J Michael Dyson and in 1994 we were incorporated as a Private Limited Company. Initially we provided technical support to private and public sector clients of a Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering nature. In the mid 1990's we expanded our activities to include Surveying, Project Management and Architectural Design services to an increasingly broad client base. Our services now include: Architecture & Design, Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Project Management, Principal Designer/CDM Adviser , Partnering Consultancy, Procurement, Contract Administration applied to housing projects involving repair, regeneration and new build. We are one of the leading consultancies dealing with structural assessment and remedial works design/specification for all types of non-traditional properties: an area where we continue to be extremely active. We operate within a broad range of contractual arrangements including partnering agreements. We have the experience and expertise in all the major construction professional disciplines necessary to provide a high quality service to our clients.
